Career Advisor – US Staffing

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and communication-focused Career Advisor to work closely with IT consultants and support their career opportunities in the U.S. staffing market. The role involves consultant guidance, resume/profile optimization, interview preparation, coordination with Bench Sales Recruiters, and maintaining accurate candidate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned consultants.
- Understand consultants' skills, experience, work authorization, availability, and career goals.
- Review and optimize resumes according to U.S. market requirements.
- Guide consultants on suitable job opportunities and career positioning.
- Coordinate with Bench Sales Recruiters regarding consultant profiles and submissions.
- Prepare consultants for client interviews and explain job requirements.
- Track submissions, interviews, feedback, follow-ups, and placement status.
- Maintain accurate consultant records in Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, or internal trackers.
- Follow up with consultants regarding availability, interview feedback, and joining status.
- Ensure timely communication between consultants, recruiters, and management.
- Build strong professional relationships with consultants to improve engagement and retention.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding consultant progress and challenges.
- Work toward team-based submission, interview, and placement goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of US Staffing / Bench Sales processes.
- Knowledge of U.S. work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and USC is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- 1+ year of experience in Career Advisor, Bench Sales, US Staffing, Recruitment, Consultant Relations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with IT consultants is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
