Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage and enhance customer relationships in our factory-based operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of customer needs, and the ability to coordinate efficiently between the factory and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
- Feedback Collection: Regularly collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints efficiently, providing appropriate solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer follow-ups, product information, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on customer interactions, feedback, and trends to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Sales experience required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or relationship management, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
