Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled and versatile engineering professionals to join our high-volume proactive hiring pool. This comprehensive role covers multiple critical technical paths across the vehicle manufacturing and deployment lifecycle. Selected candidates will be cross-trained and deployed under core designations, including Assembly Line Operator, CNC Machine Operator, Quality Inspector, Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - Production, Maintenance/Shift Engineer, Assembly & Commissioning Engineer (Plant-Level), and Field Service & Commissioning Engineer. The role spans initial shop-floor assembly, component machining, strict quality inspections, and end-of-line digital calibration, extending to external regional client handovers and advanced field diagnostics for heavy commercial fleets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Mechatronics Engineering. (ITI certifications in Fitter/Machinist trades accepted for operator paths).
- Experience: 0–4 years of experience spanning automotive shop-floor assembly, CNC machining, vehicle testing, dealership technical support, or heavy machinery field engineering.
- Core Technical Skills: Deep expertise in vehicle diagnostic software, ECU flashing, common rail fuel injection (CRDI), pneumatic braking layouts, and reading complex automotive wiring schematics.
- Soft Skills & Mobility: Strong leadership traits for shift roles, customer-facing communication for field roles, and readiness to travel to regional dealerships or client field sites as needed.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
