- Processing and checking of data entry onto relevant Customer Under Writing systems
- Monitor and chase queries seeking advice where required
- Undertake training of new staff
- Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining underwriting data capture activities
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and User Guides accurately reflect current procedures
- Assist with the testing and roll out of new IT initiatives in support of the Customer IT Department
- To maintain all underwriting data and records and ensure high quality of entries into client s systems in accordance with the service levels
