About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Production Operator to work across garment customization and finishing processes including Sublimation, DTF Printing, Embroidery and Hotfix/Rhinestone application.
The role is primarily execution-focused and requires someone who is hands-on, disciplined, detail-oriented and willing to learn multiple production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate sublimation, DTF printing, embroidery and hotfix/rhinestone machines as required.
- Prepare garments and materials for production.
- Follow artwork, placement and production instructions accurately.
- Ensure correct positioning, size, colour and finishing of designs.
- Perform basic machine setup, loading/unloading and routine maintenance.
- Check finished garments for print, embroidery or rhinestone quality.
- Identify defects and report issues immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area.
- Track completed production and update basic production records.
- Follow production timelines and daily targets.
- Handle garments carefully to avoid damage, stains or defects.
- Work closely with the design and production team to execute samples and bulk orders.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in garment printing, embroidery, DTF, sublimation, hotfix or similar production work.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn can apply.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with machines and repetitive production tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge.
- Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
