How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Directs and provides leadership for global HR operations team, overseeing support function across all HR processes and coordinating with resources identified by Corporate HR leadership for various technology or tool support. Conveys strategic direction in support of adhering to global governance and Corporate HR global initiatives. Accountable for overall service quality and levels to the business. Contributes as stakeholder in global prioritization of project requests and changes. Identifies areas for process improvement.
- Determines scope of system or process requirements by consulting with human resources executive and other management to ascertain organizational needs for human resources-related information with responsibility for related project management.
- Develops function metrics and ongoing measures of team performance.
- Measures overall operational performance against service level agreements, metrics, and utilizes metrics and data to implement process and cost efficiencies.

Manages portion of HR Operational budget.
- Prepares progress reports to inform management of overall support metrics and project status as it relates to goals.
- Oversees testing of processes or tools, and implementation of new system implementations or integrations.
- Maintains systems to ensure efficient operations, processing and report generation.
- Facilitates problem-solving across departmental/organizational teams and vendors.
- Manages staff of management and professionals, providing direction, setting goals, and ensuring that overall department goals are attained.
About you
Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in position or specialization, supporting HR technologies and processes.
- Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience.
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Must have prior experience implementing and supporting Human Capital Management and ERP systems (i.e. Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Taleo, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, reporting tools, etc.).
