About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and highly communicative Business Development Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting and speaking with clients, presenting business solutions, taking on challenges, and building new business opportunities. If you are proactive, ambitious, and comfortable having business conversations with clients, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients for Recruitment & Staffing Solutions.
- Communicate confidently with clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Present and pitch Canwin HR Services' recruitment and staffing solutions.
- Conduct business presentations and client discussions.
- Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, references, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and fulfil client requirements.
- Work towards achieving business development and client acquisition targets.

- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or business development will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
