We are looking for a proactive HR professional to join our growing chemical manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and documentation
- Build induction and training processes
- Define job roles and performance review systems
- Support employee engagement and retention
- Ensure HR compliance and record management
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong recruitment and HR operations experience
- Ability to build and improve HR systems and processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Self-motivated and solution-oriented
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
