We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead our technology division and drive innovation across the organization. The CTO will be responsible for defining and enhancing the company's technological strategy, overseeing the development of the company products, managing technical teams, and aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to build scalable technology solutions that support the company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing the product technology while ensuring continuous enhancement and modernization to meet the evolving market demands.
- Leading initiatives to innovate the company’s products by identifying opportunities for feature enhancements, performance optimization, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with different teams (Software development, Sales & Marketing) to position and adapt the company’s products for international markets, ensuring compliance with regional standards and customer requirements.
- Overseeing the design, development and implementation of new product features that enhances user’s experience and functionality.
- Monitoring global technology trends and competitor offerings to ensure that the company’s products remain innovative and competitive in the international markets.
- Ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and features while maintain product quality, reliability and performance.
- Supporting the business development initiatives by providing technical expertise for product presentations, client discussions and strategic partnerships in domestic and international markets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software development, or technology leadership
- Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, databases, APIs, and modern development frameworks
- Proven ability to develop and execute technological strategies aligned with business goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong project management and budgeting capabilities
- Ability to balance innovation with operational excellence
