We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor Trainee with at least 1 years of experience in interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, coordination, and ensuring projects are completed on time with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential and commercial interior projects
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor site progress and report updates to the management team
- Handle site labor and ensure productivity
- Check quality of materials and workmanship
- Maintain site safety and cleanliness
- Track material usage and coordinate with procurement
- Ensure timely completion of work within deadlines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution
- Ability to read drawings (basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel to different project locations
- Immediate joiners preferred
Qualification
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
