The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
- Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software is an advantage.
- Valid driving license (if required).
