A Tender Executive manages the end-to-end bidding process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals. Analyze tender documents, ensure compliance, prepare commercial/technical bids, and meet strict deadlines, often using e-tendering portals like GeM.
Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification: Searching for relevant tender opportunities via portals (e.g., GeM, Other state portals)
- Documentation & Submission: Preparing, compiling, and submitting pre-qualification documents, technical bids, and financial proposals.
- Compliance & Review:Studying tender requirements (Scope of Work, financial criteria) to ensure strict adherence to tender terms and company policies.
- Coordination: Liaising with internal departments (technical, legal, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors) to gather information.
- Timeline Management: Tracking deadlines to ensure timely submission.
- Post-Submission: Monitoring bid status, attending tender openings, and supporting contract negotiations
Key skills include attention to detail, document preparation, and proficiency in MS Office.
