## About Vitracx
Vitracx builds LocOS — a real-time location platform that helps manufacturing plants track assets, WIP, and equipment indoors and outdoors, combining UWB, BLE, RFID, and GPS in one system. We work with automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, steel, cable, and glass manufacturers across India. We're a small, fast-moving team building the software platform and implementing at enterprise customer sites.
## The Role
We're looking for someone to own the technical journey with our customers — from the first scoping conversation through installation, go-live, and ongoing support. You'll be the person who turns a customer's shop-floor problem into a working deployment, and the main point of contact with our hardware partners when something needs fixing.
## What You'll Do
Join early sales conversations to scope feasibility and design PoCs alongside our sales team
Run site surveys, oversee hardware installation and calibration, and configure the platform for go-live- Independently troubleshoot field issues — connectivity, calibration, false triggers — and know when to escalate a genuine hardware/design issue
Be our primary technical contact with hardware vendors for firmware and configuration issues
Track timelines across multiple live projects and keep customers, vendors, and our internal team aligned
Support our field engineer on issues that need deeper technical digging
## What We're Looking For
Engineering degree — Electronics/Communication, Instrumentation, Mechanical, or related
3–5 years in field engineering, industrial automation, wireless/networking deployment, or systems integration
Comfortable with wireless fundamentals (BLE, RF, Wi-Fi); prior RTLS/UWB exposure is a strong plus but not required
Can read vendor technical documentation and hold your own in a technical conversation with a hardware vendor's engineering team
Strong communicator — able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders (plant managers, IT heads)
Comfortable with frequent travel across project sites in India
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
