Requirement
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a real estate pre-sales or telecalling role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilitie
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-generated leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding residential and commercial projects.
- Explain project features, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Qualify customer requirements and identify potential buyers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads.
- Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and appointment targets.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
