About the role
We are looking for a confident and friendly Tele Caller to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and building good relationships with customers. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada to effectively communicate with customers across regions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries in a polite and professional manner.
- Communicate with customers in their preferred language — Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Explain product or service features clearly and answer customer questions confidently.
- Generate interest, qualify leads, and pass them on to the sales team when needed.
- Follow up with customers regularly through calls, WhatsApp, or SMS.
- Update call details, customer information, and outcomes accurately in the system or CRM.
- Meet daily call targets and monthly conversion or lead goals.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and escalate unresolved issues to the team lead.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone during every customer interaction.
- Share product brochures, offers, or other information via WhatsApp or email when required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
