We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Client Relationship Executives to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with clients, building relationships, and coordinating with internal teams. Candidates with an IT background are preferred, but excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are the key requirements.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
* Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Handle client queries through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
* Provide regular updates and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Maintain records of client communications and project updates.
* Support client onboarding and ensure a seamless customer experience.
*Eligibility*
Only candidates from Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.
Fresh graduates (0–0.6 year of experience).
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field is preferred.
*Required Skills*
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.
* Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
* Knowledge of Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
* Customer-focused attitude with a passion for building strong client relationships.
