Job Description: Sales & Business Development – USA Market
Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to drive growth in the USA market for software products, IT services, and application development solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals with enterprise, SMB, and strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in the USA market.
- Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and partner channels.
- Promote software products, IT services, SaaS solutions, and custom application development offerings.
- Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, solution pitches, and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates using CRM tools and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with delivery, product, and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of the USA IT services and software sales market.
- Experience in selling software products, IT consulting, application development, cloud, SaaS, or digital transformation services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, lead generation tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom.info and email outreach platforms.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in IT sales, business development, inside sales, or account management.
- Prior experience working with USA clients is preferred.
- Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
