About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day activities. This internship offers practical experience in recruitment, placement coordination, employee engagement, and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Schedule and coordinate student mock interviews.
- Ensure mock interviews are conducted on time and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with trainers,mentors for interview scheduling.
- Provide placement assistance to students by coordinating interviews and maintaining placement-related documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Support HR in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing graduation (MBA, HR, BBA, Commerce, or any relevant field).
- Good communication and organizational skills..
- Laptop is mandatory.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
