Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
- Drive overall business revenue across all stores
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain eyewear conversion percentage @ 95%
- Improve premium frame and lens sales
- Increase sunglasses and accessories contribution
Operations Management
- Supervise 55+-store operations
- Ensure SOP compliance
- Monitor store productivity and profitability
- Improve customer service standards
- Control operational leakages
Team Leadership
- Conduct performance reviews
- Develop leadership pipeline
- Reduce employee attrition
Business Expansion
- Set up online model store
- Rural and semi-rural market penetration
- Competitor mapping and market analysis
- Plan and implement annual discount offers
- Tie up with finance & Insurance institutions
- Develop Tele calling center
- CR lab optimum production
Inventory Management
- Improve stock rotation
- Reduce dead inventory
- Maintain optimum stock cover
Financial Management
- P&L ownership
- Budget planning
- Expense control
- EBITDA improvement
Desired Experience
- 10+ years retail experience
- Optical retail background
Strong understanding of sales and operations will be preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
