A Water Treatment Site Incharge is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of a water treatment facility. - Oversee daily plant operations including treatment processes and equipment usage.
- Monitor and ensure water quality meets all regulatory standards through testing and analysis.
- Train, supervise, and support plant operators, enforcing safety and operational procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, and compliance records.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and prepare reports as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to optimize plant performance.
- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in plant efficiency.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.
- Experience in water treatment plant operations or utility management.
