Minerva Group of Institutions is inviting applications for the position of BPO Executive. We are looking for dynamic, customer-oriented professionals with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining service quality in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to organizational policies.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and service excellence.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email applications.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO, Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in handling inbound and outbound processes will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
