HR COORDINATOR/ PAYROLL ACCOUNTS
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Verify attendance, timesheets, overtime, and leave records.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, allowances, and statutory benefits.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain payroll records.
- Reconcile payroll data with accounting and bank records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related queries.
- Support month-end payroll closing and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of payroll/accounting experience.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF functions, Power Query, data analysis, and reporting).
- Experience with payroll software (SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
