Job Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation.
The ideal candidate should have a strong cross-module understanding of Odoo and be capable of handling complete business workflows across departments, rather than being limited to a single module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Configure and implement multiple Odoo modules such as:
- CRM
- Sales
- Inventory
- Accounting
- Purchase
- HR / Project (as applicable)
- Map and optimize end-to-end business processes within Odoo
- Perform gap analysis and suggest best-fit ERP solutions
- Work closely with the technical team for customizations and integrations
- Conduct client demos, UAT support, and user training
- Handle implementations for GCC/Middle East clients
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
- Hands-on experience in multiple Odoo modules (not limited to one)
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows and module interdependencies
- Experience in complete implementation lifecycle
- Exposure to Gulf (GCC) clients / implementations preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prepare functional documents (BRD, FRD, SOPs)
- Basic understanding of Odoo technical aspects for coordination
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience across domains like Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR
- Exposure to integrations (APIs, third-party tools)
- Familiarity with Agile / ERP implementation methodologies

Important Note:
This is a generic Odoo Functional Consultant role, requiring cross-module expertise and ERP-level understanding.
Candidates with experience limited to a single module (e.g., only CRM) may not be suitable.
