ALTRA CHEMTECH PAINTS LTD is an industrial paints & coatings manufacturing company based at chennai porur, seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Executive to join our manufacturing team.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating paint production activities, maintaining quality standards, ensuring process compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes, batch production, raw material handling, and quality requirements preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production plans and achieve production targets.
- Monitor batch manufacturing operations and process parameters.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Stores, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Maintain production records and reports.
- Minimize wastage and improve productivity.
- Support new product trials and process improvements.
