Job Overview
Digital Mitro Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our International Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling consultations for the sales team.
This role is perfect for candidates with experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting, international calling, or website and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients in the US market through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team.
- Introduce website development, e-commerce, SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Update and manage lead information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Maintain high call volumes and productivity metrics.
- Build positive relationships with potential customers and create interest in company services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, Telesales, Appointment Setting, or International Calling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to identify customer needs and qualify prospects effectively.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, SEO, or online business solutions is preferred.
