Key Requirements:
- 6 months–3 years of experience in Core US IT & Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT technologies and terminologies
- Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques
- Experience working with Direct Clients & W2 requirement.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and job boards
