Roles & Responsibilitues:-
- Experience in IT Sales / Business Development, preferably with software or technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, cold calling, prospecting, and client conversion.
- Experience with Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to understand client needs and create effective proposals and sales pitches.
- Proven ability to manage follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Strong B2B sales and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales process.
