Responsibilities
- Assist in site supervision and execution activities
- Support project engineers in daily construction work
- Learn site management and coordination processes
- Understand technical drawings and construction methods
- Participate in quality and safety monitoring
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Pursuing final year or recently completed graduation
- Basic understanding of construction and site execution
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work on construction sites
