Role
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and hands-on Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations across our brands. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on innovation, consistency, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across multiple brands.
* Develop seasonal menus and innovative dishes.
* Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards.
* Control food cost, wastage, and kitchen profitability.
* Standardize recipes and kitchen SOPs.
* Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams.
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Work closely with management on new restaurant concepts, menu engineering, and business growth.
Requirements
* 8+ years of professional culinary experience, including leadership roles.
* Experience in multi-cuisine kitchens; Asian, Continental, Indian, and Modern dining experience is preferred.
* Strong understanding of kitchen management, food costing, and inventory control.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for innovation and maintaining high culinary standards.
