Job Title: Client Relationship Executive

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
Digital ORRA is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to client retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Social Media, Design, Development, etc.) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding project progress.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the concerned departments.
- Resolve client issues promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and share project updates, reports, and meeting notes.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history.
- Ensure long-term client retention through excellent relationship management.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing services is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Support, Sales Coordination, or Account Management.
- Experience in a Digital Marketing or IT company will be an added advantage.
