The Role
We're hiring a full-time Business Development Executive to drive our outbound growth — sourcing, pitching, and closing new client relationships. You'll own the top of our sales pipeline, working closely with the founders to turn conversations into signed retainers.
What You'll Do
- Identify and prospect new business leads across target sectors (automotive dealerships, retail, D2C brands, hospitality, and more) through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email, and in-person networking
- Pitch Heion's services — social media management, web design & development, and brand identity — to business owners and marketing decision-makers
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact through proposal, negotiation, and signed contract
- Represent Heion at local business events, trade associations, and networking circles to build referral relationships
- Work with our creative and strategy team to tailor proposals and pricing to each prospect
- Track outreach, pipeline stage, and conversion accurately in a CRM or tracking sheet
- Report on pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue contribution on a regular cadence
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of B2B sales or business development experience (agency, SaaS, or other service-based businesses preferred)
- A track record of sourcing and closing deals — be ready to talk numbers in the interview
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling rejection without losing momentum
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate marketing/creative concepts into business value for a non-marketing audience
- An existing network within Jaipur's business community (automotive, retail, hospitality) is a strong plus
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable owning a number
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
