To provide excellent customer service support by handling customer interactions, coordinating service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining smooth communication between customers and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Handling & Communication
- Welcome customers and understand their service requirements.
- Create a positive customer experience at the service center.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Explain service processes, repair requirements, and estimated timelines.
- Maintain good relationships with customers for repeat business.
2. Service Reception Activities
- Prepare job cards accurately based on customer concerns.
- Record vehicle details, customer complaints, and service history.
- Perform initial vehicle inspection with customer support.
- Coordinate vehicle handover and delivery process.
- Explain completed work, bills, and maintenance recommendations.
3. Service Coordination
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and workshop team.
- Monitor vehicle repair progress and update customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Follow up on pending jobs and customer approvals.
4. Customer Follow-up
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls.
- Collect customer feedback and satisfaction ratings.
- Inform customers about service reminders and periodic maintenance.
- Support customer retention activities.
5. Documentation & System Updates
- Maintain customer records and service details.
- Update service management software/DMS systems.
- Maintain daily reports related to customer visits and service status.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of two-wheeler service operations.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
- Good coordination and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Service Software).
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree / Any Graduate.
- Automobile background preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Experience:
- 0–3 years in automobile service industry preferred.
