Overview:
As part of the Global Insights Services Hub, support the growth of PepsiCo's Food business by developing and maintaining reports using diverse data sources. Deliver periodic and ad hoc business performance reviews, respond to data requests, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
Contribute to key business meetings by preparing ad-hoc analyses, enhancing reporting outputs for greater clarity and efficiency, and supporting strategic discussions. These efforts help drive a deeper understanding of business performance and enable data-informed decisions across the organization.
What the role will provide the candidate?
- Comprehensive exposure to PepsiCo’s Food categories – Gain a holistic understanding of categories ranging from Salty Snacks and Dips to Breakfast Cereals, helping shape future product and category strategies.

Responsibilities:
Execute against team charter for Reporting & Analytics for IF team (Global in specific)-
KPI Reporting: Execute market, portfolio, and brand-level reporting of marketing KPIs using multiple data sources, internal sector reports, and reporting tools.

Channel & Competitor Monitoring: Monitor performance across key channels, customers, competitors, and emerging players, and deliver reports at defined intervals.

Business Performance Analysis: Explain business performance trends, key drivers, and opportunities for optimization through data-backed insights.

Ad-Hoc Deep Dive Analysis: Provide detailed responses to ad-hoc requests, including drill-down analysis supported by relevant tables, charts, and narratives.

Insightful Reporting Beyond Data: Deliver business performance explanations that incorporate contextual factors beyond raw data, ensuring a holistic view.
Qualifications:

Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred)

7–8 years of experience in quantitative market research, with a strong understanding of CPG/FMCG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRI (POS and Household Panel), GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel, and similar platforms.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Macros, with the ability to efficiently analyze and present complex datasets.

Strong knowledge of Nielsen data and extensive experience in translating complex datasets into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making.

Excellent analytical, communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Experience collaborating with global, regional, and local Insights teams and stakeholders is highly desirable.
