About the role : We are looking for a proactive and highly organized operations
professional with strong administrative capabilities, excellent Excel skills, and
comfort using modern digital tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Payroll Management
● Hiring management for all roles including role understanding, requirement
shortlisting, screening, interviews, onboarding process, tech implementation and
documentation.
● Employee Payroll Management.
● Manage subscriptions, process payments, and maintain accurate records, review
for TDS compliance, payroll management.
● Maintain record of employee leaves, attendance, timings, requirements, assess
performance, appraisal reviews.
● Assist in the development and enforcement of company policies and employee
benefits.
2. Internal systems - setup and management
● Handle client onboarding, KYC, and company systems setup processes.
● Set up and manage internal and external communication systems, co-ordinate with
the Tech team including tools for calendars, meetings & process workflows.
● Prepare and manage office correspondence and documentation.
● Support basic social media coordination and posting activities.3. Office management
● Assist with internal event management, meeting agendas, minutes, and
workshops.
● Co ordinate with building staff for any electricity, wifi concerns, office device
management, repairs co-ordination etc, and office maintenance.
● Keep track of ordering and managing office supplies, including office snacks.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
● Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in English,
Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Law, Commerce, Human Resources (HR)
or equivalent qualifications are welcome. MBAs - people with accounting
background preferred.
● Experience: Previous experience in managing the Founder’s office, Executive
Assistant to MD or CEO, and administrative roles preferred. Good communication
skills & technical ability to use and navigate the latest tools and setup systems are
a must.
● Communicate confidently and fluently in English.
Hours: Office hours between 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, to report on site.

Salary Range
● Rs. 18,000 - 20,000/- per month (based on interview performance)
