Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, digital portals, and broker networks.
- Conduct property site visits and explain flat configurations, amenities, and pricing.
- Coordinate with channel partners and marketing teams.
- Maintain customer data and track follow-ups in CRM software.
- Negotiate terms and assist clients through booking and documentation
- Requirements & Skills
- 1 to 5 years of experience in real estate or direct sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with property portals and CRM tools.
- Customer-first mindset with willingness to work on weekends
