Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage client relationships, procurement operations, vendor coordination, payment follow-ups, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have experience in indirect procurement, client handling, sales coordination, and supplier management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle complete P2P (Procurement to Pay) process.
- Manage key client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop new and alternate vendors for products and services.
- Coordinate with suppliers for smooth procurement and order fulfillment.
- Create and manage Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) through ERP systems.
- Follow up on payments and maintain healthy client relationships.
- Conduct client visits and support business development activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials within agreed TAT.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Dispatch team to ensure seamless serviceability.
- Maintain procurement records and vendor performance data.
- Possess basic knowledge of MRO, Chemicals, and Packaging products.
