Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the development team.
- Design and develop scalable web and mobile applications using MERN Stack, Laravel, and React Native.
- Maintain coding standards and conduct code reviews.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, task prioritization, and technical discussions.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in:MongoDB , Express.js, React.js, Node.js,Laravel (PHP),React Native
- Strong experience with Laravel Framework and MVC architecture.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs using Laravel.
- Knowledge of Laravel authentication, authorization, and middleware.
- Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Experience in developing scalable RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Strong understanding of React.js concepts including Hooks, Context API, Redux, and component-based architecture.
- Strong experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, push notifications, and third-party libraries in React Native apps.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL/PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Git/version control.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or PHPUnit.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of scalable architecture and UI/UX best practices.
Education Required
- B.Tech / B.E. / BCA in Computer Science or related field
- MCA / M.Tech / MS / M.Sc. in relevant specialization
