Welder (TIG & MIG Welding Preferred)
Location: Calicut, Kerala (Candidates from other districts are also welcome to apply)
Salary: ₹12,000+ per month (Salary will be based on skills, performance, and work output)
Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in TIG and MIG welding and be capable of working effectively in a team-based production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on CNC-fabricated metal components.
- Weld and fabricate handrails, gates, and other metal structures.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and work instructions.
- Ensure weld quality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain workplace safety and keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements
- Experience in TIG and MIG welding preferred.
- Ability to work with metal fabrication and structural components.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and productivity.
- Candidates from Calicut are preferred; applicants from other districts are also encouraged to apply.
Selection Process
Interested candidates must attend a 3-hour practical welding test conducted by our Team Lead in the Welding Department. This practical examination will assess welding skills, workmanship, and job suitability.
