The Assistant sales Manager/Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to business growth.Identify prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Arrange and accompany clients for site visits and property inspections.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Identify prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Promote residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
