NOVA ELIXER BIOSCIENCES
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, patient acquisition, referral development, and brand expansion across all hospitals and healthcare facilities within the Syrus Healthcare Group. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, insurance providers, government agencies, and community organizations to increase patient footfall and service utilization.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and referral channels.
- Expand corporate health partnerships and institutional tie-ups.
- Promote hospital specialties, health packages, and wellness programs.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop partnerships with insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate organizations.
- Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders and community leaders.
- Organize physician outreach programs and referral development activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Ensure alignment of regional activities with organizational objectives.
Marketing & Promotion
- Coordinate health camps, medical awareness programs, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for digital and offline campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Strengthen brand visibility across the region.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
- Track KPIs related to patient acquisition, referrals, and revenue generation.
- Present business performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Healthcare Management) preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or medical services sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
