- Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the EV service workshop.
- Lead, train, and motivate service technicians and support staff.
- Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and delivery of customer vehicles.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain service records, job cards, warranty claims, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as turnaround time, first-time fix rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan preventive maintenance schedules and oversee workshop equipment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management.
