Sales Manager – Souzagad Homestays
Souzagad Homestays is looking for an ambitious and results-driven sales professional to drive bookings, partnerships, and revenue growth across our portfolio of premium homestays.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate direct bookings through direct, corporate, travel, and B2B channels
- Build relationships with travel agents, event planners, corporates, and hospitality partners
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to occupancy growth
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or B2B sales
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of driving revenue and closing deals
- Self-starter with a passion for hospitality and guest experiences
