As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive prompt and effective assistance with their inquiries and concerns.
· Understand customer need and handle their queries
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in Malayalam and English,
- English Malayalam will be an advantage
- Should maintain good customer relations
