Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads
- Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies to improve performance
- Optimize landing pages, forms, and call-to-action strategies for better conversions
- Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure budget efficiency
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager)
- Generate actionable insights and recommend improvements based on data
- Build dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies
- Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives and campaign assets
Required Skillset:
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media strategy
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and optimization techniques
- Ability to track trends, identify anomalies, and take corrective actions
- Experience in maintaining campaign hygiene (assets, settings, budgets)
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns
