Job description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Process Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination between Sales, CRM, Accounts, Production, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining process discipline, tracking sales activities, updating CRM records, and ensuring timely execution of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Process Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales and CRM teams for enquiries, quotations, order processing, dispatch planning, and customer documentation.
- Track open sales tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure all approvals, forms, and internal requests are completed within defined timelines.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain and update customer, sales, dispatch, and process records in CRM/SAP systems.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular follow-ups with internal departments.
- Manage customer databases, contact records, and documentation in shared drives and online platforms.
- Support process documentation, checklists, and compliance requirements.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports.
- Track order status, dispatch updates, pending actions, and process compliance metrics.
- Maintain action trackers from management meetings and follow up on pending tasks.
- Escalate delays, data discrepancies, and process gaps to management.
Administrative Support
- Assist with sales operations, approvals, reimbursements, and internal coordination activities.
- Support communication between departments and help resolve process-related issues.
- Participate in process improvement, 5S, and safety initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Good planning, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Exposure to CRM, SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems is preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, CRM, MIS Reporting, Process Coordination, or Administration.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial sales, dispatch coordination, or B2B customer support will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with reports, dashboards, shared drives, and cross-functional teams.
