Lead and scale Project SAAMYA, a gender equity initiative focused on sensitizing young boys and communities, ensuring high-quality implementation, measurable impact, and strategic expansion across geographies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive program vision, scale-up roadmap and annual action plans
2. Oversee implementation across schools and communities in multiple states and ensure standardization of curriculum, training modules, and delivery quality
3.Design and implement impact measurement frameworks, Track output, outcome, and behavior change indicators
4. Lead assessments, documentation, impact reporting and use insights to improve program effectiveness
5. Lead and mentor program staff, facilitators, partners and Build capacity through trainings and continuous learning systems
6. Ensure accountability and performance management
7. Engage with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders
8. Prepare board notes, reports, and communications
9. Represent the program in forums, conferences, and partnerships
10. Drive awareness campaigns through media and develop content for social media, publications, and outreach materials
11. Position SAAMYA as a thought leader in gender sensitization
12. Manage program budgets, utilization, financial planning and ensure compliance with CSR laws, policies, and reporting requirements
