Job Title: Academic Mentor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a student-focused Academic Mentor to join Edufliar Learning Solutions and support learners in their academic journey. You will guide students, track their progress, and help them stay motivated and consistent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic support
- Help students with goal setting and time management
- Monitor progress and guide improvement
- Resolve academic queries and provide motivation
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls or chats
- Assist with schedules, assignments, and deadlines
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Strong mentoring and interpersonal skills
- Basic organizational and time management ability
- Experience in teaching or mentoring is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
