Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles — from sourcing to onboarding
● Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other channels
● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic / virtual interviews to assess candidate fit
● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
● Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers regularly
● Draft and post job descriptions across various platforms
● Follow up with shortlisted candidates and ensure a smooth interview-to-offer experience
● Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding formalities
● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
● Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment reporting and coordination
Requirements :
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR / MBA-HR preferred)
● Good verbal and written communication skills
● Strong interpersonal skills and a people-first mindset
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with job portals / ATS tools
● Ability to handle multiple openings and prioritize effectively
● Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
Preferred Skills :
● Prior internship or experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
● Fluency in English and Tamil
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring timeline
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
