Job Summary
The HR Manager cum Faculty will be responsible for overseeing the academy's human resource operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration, while also designing and delivering training sessions in Human Resources, employability skills, and professional development. The ideal candidate should possess strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
Key Responsibilities of Human Resource Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee performance processes.
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution.
- Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Faculty & Training Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and online training sessions in Human Resource Management and related subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Mentor students and support their career readiness.
- Conduct workshops on interview skills, communication, resume building, and workplace etiquette.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current HR practices and industry trends.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA (HR) is preferred.
- Certification in Training & Development is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Previous teaching, training, or corporate learning experience is preferred.
- Experience in the education or training industry is an advantage.
