Job Description
We are looking for a Python Backend Developer with hands-on experience in backend development and API integration. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and efficient backend applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Design and implement REST APIs and API routes.
- Work with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases.
- Integrate APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-structured code.
- Use Git/GitHub for version control and code management.
- Debug, test, and optimize backend applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members.
- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS (optional).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Good understanding of REST API development and API routes.
- Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of backend architecture and database integration.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of AWS and cloud deployment.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and API security.
- Knowledge of Docker is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
